Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/29/2024 from 11:50 am-12:50 pm. There were 8 children supervised by 3 direct caregivers. The home, 2 caregiver's records, 3 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed napping. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Please submit your plan of correction within 5 business days for it to be included on the website. Violations
6Evidence: A tree was removed, leaving a tree stump and a hole in the ground creating a tripping hazard.
Evidence: A box of baking soda was found in the children's bathroom accessible to children.
Evidence: A toaster was observed plugged in when not in use.
Evidence: The last annual review of the emergency plan was dated 9/5/2022.
Evidence: Two children were observed sleeping in a crib with a bottle next to them.
Evidence: 2 out of 2 bottles were not dated.
