Inspector Notes

An initial inspection was conducted today. There were 3 children present including one resident child (9 points) with one caregiver and one additional adult.

2 child and 2 adult records were reviewed. All were complete. One canine record was reviewed for rabies vaccination date. Emergency evacuation drills, first aid supplies and First aid/CPR certifications, water temperature (109 degrees) and background searches are all in compliance.
There are no violations today.
