An unannounced visit was conducted today.
There were 3 children present (8 points) with two caregivers.
Children were observed playing with a variety of toys and games, being bottle fed and washing hands after using the bathroom.
2 caregiver, 3 child and 1 household member records were reviewed. See Violation Notice for non-compliance cited today.
