Inspector Notes

An announced Initial inspection was conducted today from9:40am to 10:45 am. There are no children in care. Provider and one staff member records were reviewed and found complete. The home was supplied with ample age appropriate toys and programming equipment . Adequate space determined for the capacity of 9 children. The physical space, emergency supplies, evacuation drills, attendance records, and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were reviewed and complete. There were no violations cited this date.
