Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted October 26, 2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of entrance, five children(11pts) were in care with two staff members present. Children were observed during bathroom breaks, handwashing, circle time, coloring, engaged in group activities and outdoor play time. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
