Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on April 5, 2024 between the hours of 10:00 am through 11:00am. There were a total of eight children (22 points) observed with three caregivers. A total of five children's files and five staff/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, circle time, bathroom breaks, hand washing, and other organized activities. There were no violations cited this date.
