An announced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on June 30, 2025, in response to a planned relocation of the licensed program. The on-site inspection began at 12:00pm and ended at 1:00pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were three children present and two caregivers; the point total was 10. The inspector reviewed three children?s records and three caregiver/household member(s) records on-site.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
