Inspector Notes

A self-reported incident was received by the department on June 13th, 2024, regarding an injury in the infant classroom. Interviews were completed with staff, video footage, accident reports, serious injury report and staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during this investigation did not result in any violations related to the self-reported incident.
