Inspector Notes
The Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 6/14/2024 and 6/20/2024 relating to retaliation, chair location in the infant classroom, infant first aid care and supervision and communication with afternoon staff in the infant classroom.
Interviews were conducted with staff, classroom observations were made, video footage and documents were reviewed.
The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
