Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 1:20 - 2:40pm with the provider and her assistant. There were five children in care, (three daycare), ranging from three months to two years of age, for a total of 17 points. Children were observed napping, waking, and playing with age-appropriate toys. One child was observed eating lunch which consisted of macaroni and cheese, corn, peas, pineapple and milk. Three child records and the daily attendance, emergency drill log, menu and required posted information were reviewed. It was reported that there was no medicine on site, and the provider does not have certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT) so cannot administer medication to children in care.

Please complete the columns for "Plan of Correction" and "Date to be Corrected" for each violation cited on the violation notice, and then return a signed and dated copy to the licensing office by 4:00pm on Wednesday, 12/27/2023.
