During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 1/14/2025. The on-site inspection began at 1:45pm and ended at 2:30pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 2 children present and 1 caregiver; the point total was 5. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 2 caregiver/household member(s) records on-site.

This inspection included document, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard 8VAC20-800-210-A
Caregivers shall obtain a minimum of sixteen clock hours of training annually in areas relevant to their job responsibilities.

Caregiver #1 had a total of 14 training hours completed for 2024.
Plan of Correction: 3 hours of training were completed to satisfy the 16 hour annual training requirement.
Standard 8VAC20-800-780-B
Annually, the provider shall review with the parent the emergency contact information required in ensure the information is correct and obtain the parent?s signed acknowledgment of the review.

Child #1?s signed acknowledgment was overdue by 1 month.
Child #2?s signed acknowledgement was overdue by 2 months.
Plan of Correction: Parents have signed the acknowledgment for review of emergency contact information.
