Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was completed at the program on Monday, May 13, 2024 from 10:23 am until 11:42 am. During the inspection, the children in care were not present for extended care as the current hours are from 7:00 am until 8:00 am. The inspector completed a review of attendance log for today's capacity and observations of the facility. The sample size was 3 staff records and 4 children's records were reviewed for verification of information obtained by the program.

Based on review of records and interview, in one of three records, the provider did not submit to fingerprinting and obtain the Office of Background investigations determination letter.

Evidence: In Staff#1's record (date of hire: 02/01/2023) there were no results of the OBI determination letter found. Interview with staff confirmed the documentation was not available for review during the inspection.
