Inspector Notes
An unannounced annual health and safety inspection was conducted on July 11 2024 between 11:30am and 12:40pm. There were 4 child care children and 1 vendor child in the care of the vendor. Children were observed creating art, washing hands, eating lunch, and reading. A review of the attendance, background searches, child records, emergency drills, and the home was conducted. Based on observation, the vendor served lunch to a child under 3 years of age that had potential choking hazards.
