Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated on August 1 2025 and completed on August 1 2025. The inspection started at 9:00am and concluded at 10:15am. There were 2 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 4. The inspector reviewed 1 children?s records and 1 caregiver/household members records.
This inspection included a document review, tour of the home, interviews and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
