A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) completed on 04/08/2025. The inspection started at 9:00 am and concluded at 10:00 am. There were 4 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 11. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records and 2 caregiver/household members records on-site.
