Inspector Notes

An announced initial inspection was conducted with the area director and school principal. The inspection was conducted on June 23, 2023, beginning at 9:15am and ending at 10:22am. There were no children present during this inspection. One staff record was reviewed and in compliance. There were supplies and activities for the school aged children. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. The emergency supplies were observed and in compliance. Not all the areas of the standards were able to be assessed during this initial inspection. The most recent fire inspection was dated 4/14/2023.

Based on a review of documentation, the facility did not obtain approval from the local health department for meeting requirements for: water supply; sewage disposal system; and food service, if applicable. Evidence: There was no documentation of approval from the health department available during the inspection.
Plan of Correction: The area director will contact school personnel to obtain the missing documentation and provide it to the licensing inspector upon receipt.
