Inspector Notes
A initial inspection was initiated on 6/7/2023 and concluded on 6/7/2023. There were a total of 2 children ( 5 points) observed with 1 caregiver present. The children were engaged in the following: toy play. The 4 level townhouse, 2 child records, 3 caregiver/household member records, emergency supplies, cribs and policies were inspected. The provider will use the neighborhood playground for outside time. The Inspector discussed using the state forms for attendance and fire drills, those forms will be emailed to her. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
