An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on November 27, 2023, from 10:15am-10:30 am. There is only 1 child enrolled but not in attendance this date. Provider and household member records are current. The violation cited last inspection has been corrected. No changes to physical plant.. No medications were on site.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
The provider stated that she has submitted the renewal application.
