Inspector Notes

An announced initial inspection was conducted on 7/12/23 from 10:00am until 1:10pm. All spaces to be used by children in care, including the playground, were measured and inspected. The applicant requests a capacity of 129 children, which is supported by the measurements taken during the inspection. Three staff records was reviewed. No children's records were reviewed as the facility is not yet open. Emergency procedures and emergency supplies, along with all required postings, were also reviewed. Any areas of standards related to direct service that were not determined during the initial inspection will be determined at the first unannounced inspection following the issuance of a license. All future inspections will be unannounced. The first unannounced inspection will be conducted within 60 days from the date the license is issued.
