Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection and investigation was initiated on 8/15/25 and completed on 9/5/25 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 7/14/25 relating to concerns in the area of toilet training. This inspection included a tour of the facility, interviews and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
