Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 04/25/2024. The inspector was on site from 9:30am until 12:45pm.
There were 36 children, ages 6 months to 5years old under the supervision of eight staff. Children were observed during indoor free play, outdoor play, lunch time and naptime. Four children's records and four staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Violations
2Based on observation, the center failed to ensure when food is brought from home the food container shall be sealed and clearly dated and labeled in a way that identifies the owner.
Evidence: In classrooms #3 and #4, the children?s lunchboxes were in a tote. Some of the lunchboxes did not have names and there was no date on any of the lunches.

In the infant class, there were no child feeding schedules available to staff.
