Based on observation and interview, the family day home's first aid kit did not contain at a minimum all the required items.
Evidence:
1. The first aid kit was missing adhesive tape and single-use gloves such as surgical or examination gloves.
2. Caregiver #1 acknowledged these items were not in the kit.
Plan of Correction: We will go today and buy the adhesive tape and gloves.
