Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated and completed on July 21, 2025. The inspection started at 9:28am and concluded at 10:27am. There were no children present and one caregiver; the point total was zero. The inspector reviewed one child's record and four caregiver/household members record on-site.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
