An unannounced, on-site code compliance was initiated on 12/09/2024 and completed on 12/12/2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:15 am and ended at 11:00 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 3 children present with 1 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable code sections, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Each person in a supervisory position has been certified by a practicing physician or physician assistant to be free from any disability which would prevent them from caring for children under their supervision.
