Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted on February 20, 2024 from approximately 4:00 PM to 5:20 PM. There were 33 school age children present in the center, with three staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Medication and medication authorizations were reviewed for six children. A total of six child records and three staff records were reviewed.
*The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
