Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on May 21, 2025 and completed on May 28, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 4:15 PM and ended at 5:20 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 23 children present and two staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and two staff records electronically on May 28, 2025.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
