Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated and completed on 02/19/2025 as a part of an Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC). The on-site inspection began at 10:00 am and ended at 12:45 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 85 children present and 17 staff. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
