During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was completed on 8/13/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:25 am and ended at 12:55 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 75 children present and 19 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site.

This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard 8VAC20-780-270-A
Areas and equipment of the center, inside and outside, shall be maintained in a clean, safe and operable condition.

There is peeling paint on the walls of the bathroom.
Plan of Correction: Work order has been put in.
A reminder was put in to complete.
Standard 8VAC20-780-510-I
The center may administer prescription medication that would normally be administered by a parent or guardian to a child provided the form is complete and current.

Medication authorization for Child A has been expired for 5.5 months.
Plan of Correction: I will make sure they update it immediately.
Standard 8VAC20-780-560-J
Tables and high chair trays shall be sanitized before and after each use for feeding.

Tables in the Children's Community 3 were not cleaned and sanitized after snack.
Plan of Correction: We will make sure they are cleaning after meals.
