Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was completed on 11/06/2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 3:20 pm and ended at 4:35 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 18 children present and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 3 staff records. This inspection included a document review, tour of facility, interviews, observations and measurements. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Children under 10 years of age shall always be within actual sight and sound supervision of staff.

During the inspection, one school aged child was unsupervised when the child went into the gym and could not be seen for approximately 3 minutes due to the opaque divider between the gym and the cafeteria.
