Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/16/24. The on-site inspection began at 10:48am and ended at 12:25pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 9 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 4 staff records while on-site and electronically on 10/23/24. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and interviews. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
