Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/27/25. The on-site inspection began at 11:12am and ended at 12:18pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 11 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 3 staff records while on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and interviews. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
