An announced initial subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 07/06/2023, beginning at 10:15 am and ending at 11:15 am. There were no children in attendance at the time of the inspection. The Inspector reviewed required background searches, training certificates, and household member information. A sample of requirements for daily attendance, daily schedule, emergency preparedness planning, and supplies was also reviewed. There were no violations cited during the initial visit.
