Inspector Notes

An unannounced non mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/30/2023. There were 25 children, ages 2 years-5 years, and 4 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector observed the following: free choice activities, table time, and circle time. A total of 5 children?s records and 4 staff records, were reviewed. The inspector arrived at 10:15 AM and departed at 12 PM.
