Inspector Notes
An announced virtual inspection was initiated on 10/24/2025, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 10/20/2025 relating to allegations of programs. This inspection included document review, and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
