Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 02/03/2026 and completed on 02/17/2026. The on-site inspection began at 11:00 AM and ended at 12:30 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. CDC: There were 43 children present and 9 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records onsite and 5 staff records electronically on 02/19/2026. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI, and this single inspection report reflects findings related to licensing standards and subsidy standards.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program

The required ratio for children aged 3 years old's up to school age eligible is one staff per ten children. Staff #5 was observed supervising eleven children.
Plan of Correction: The director will make sure all classrooms are in ratio. A child was moved to another classroom to ensure ratio was met.
