Inspector Notes
An announced Initial inspection was conducted on 08/09/2023 from 7:00 am to approximately 9:30 am.
There were no children in care on the day of inspection. The Inspector reviewed 2 children's records, 2 caregiver's records and 2 household member's records to ensure documentation was complete. During the inspection, the entire physical space of the family day home, emergency supplies, required posted documents, equipment, the family day home's forms with policies and procedures, and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.
