An unannounced inspection was initiated on 8/21/2025 and completed on 8/25/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 8/15/2025. The inspector reviewed three children?s records and one staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
