Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 1/11/2024 from 11:45am to 12:45pm. At the time of the inspection there were four children in care totaling 13 points and the provider. Children were observed napping. Emergency supplies, evacuation drills, and records for the provider, household members and children were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
