Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today, February 21, 2024, to determine the centers compliance with licensing standards. The licensing inspector was on site from approximately 2:55 pm until 4:50 pm. The Director was present during the inspection. There were 52 children present, ranging in ages from five years to eleven years, with four staff supervising. Upon the inspector?s arrival, children in huddle 1 were in the gym participating in a yoga class, huddle 2 were in observed in the cafeteria coloring and working on homework. Huddle 3 had time outside on the playground before heading inside to wash hands and have snack.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records and four staff records were reviewed. The inspector interacted with staff and children in care.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. If you have questions regarding this inspection, please contact the licensing inspector.

1. The record for Child #1 (enrolled 08/21/2023) contained documentation of a diagnosed food allergy for the child. A written food allergy action plan had not been obtained.
2. The record for Child #2 (enrolled 08/21/2023 contained documentation of a diagnosed food allergy for the child. A written food allergy action plan had not been obtained.
3. The director confirmed an allergy care plan had not been obtained for child #1 and child #2.
