Areas and furnishings of the family day home, inside and outside, shall be maintained in safe condition. There are two electrical cords dangling down within reach of children posing an entanglement hazard.
Plan of Correction: A cable cover will be installed for both dangling electrical cords.

Occupied cribs, cots, rest mats, and beds shall be at least 12 inches from each other. There were four occupied cots that have less than 12 inches of space between them.
