Inspector Notes
An initial inspection for Family Day Home licensure ws conducted to day at 10:15am.
An inspection of the home, and child care area was conducted. The inspector reviewed the provider, household members, and animal records. A review of the emergency plan, supplies, equipment, and sample children's paperwork was completed.
Children are not currently in care and a follow up inspection will be conducted after licensure to review standards that could not be reviewed at this time.
The child care area was clean and appropriately supplied for child care. The provider has a current CPR and First Aid training specific to the ages of children expected to be in care.
