Inspector Notes

A non-mandated inspection was conducted on March 18, 2024 from 9:30 A.M.-11:44 A.M., and concluded on March 20, 2024. The investigation was in response to a self-reported incident that occurred on March 13, 2024 regarding behavioral guidance and forbidden action. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff and supervision, programs, and background checks. Seven staff were interviewed, and one child record was reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
