Inspector Notes
An announced initial inspection was conducted on September 19 2023 between 4:00pm and 5:30pm. There were no children in care during the duration of the inspection. An inspection was conducted of the home and the child care area. The household records, provider records, emergency documentation, cribs, emergency supplies, and the outdoor area was reviewed an observed. Citations are listed on the violation notice. 3Evidence: The crib in the child care space had a bottom cover that was loose fitting.
Evidence: There was no label on the diaper cream.
