An announced initial inspection was conducted on September 19 2023 between 4:00pm and 5:30pm. There were no children in care during the duration of the inspection. An inspection was conducted of the home and the child care area. The household records, provider records, emergency documentation, cribs, emergency supplies, and the outdoor area was reviewed an observed. Citations are listed on the violation notice. Based on observation, the provider did not ensure that cribs have a tight-fitting bottom cover.
