Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on July 10 2024 between 12:15pm and 1:00pm. There were 5 children (12 points) in the care of the provider. One staff record and two child records were reviewed. The attendance, menu, first aid kit, radio, and flashlight was reviewed and inspected. Citations are listed on the violation notice.
