Inspector Notes
An unannounced non-mandated inspection, as required by the Conditional License, was conducted on 11/8/2023 for Toadally Kidz Child Care. There were 6 children, ages 2-3 years, 2 staff and 1 administrative staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 children?s records and 2 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed during center time, handwashing and lunch. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 10:43am and departed the center at 12:05pm.
