Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on October 1, 2025 with local agency and completed on November 7, 2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on September 29, 2025 relating to allegations of physical abuse. The inspectors reviewed 1child record and 4 staff records on-site on October 1, 2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
