Inspector Notes

A focused monitoring inspection was conducted on May 1, 2024, in response to an Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC) presented to the facility on February 15, 2024, and completed/accepted on February 29, 2024. The inspection was focused on two key areas identified on the IPOC (background checks and administration). The inspector arrived at 8:45 am and departed the program at approximately 9:30 am. There were eight children in care with four staff supervising. no violations were cited during today's inspection.
