Inspector Notes

An unannounced code compliance monitoring inspection was completed from 10:45am until 12:00. There were 16 children and 2 staff present.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 staff records and 1 child's records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violation were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review and interview, the center did not meet the requirement for completing a search of the central registry within 30 days of employment.
Evidence:
1. The center had not completed the central registry within 30 days of hire on staff #1 (DOH 8/25/23). There was not central registry on file.
