Inspector Notes
An unannounced on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on 9/18/25 from 10:50 until 11:45. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 8 children and 2 staff present. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 2 staff records. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observation.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with the applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program
