Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on July 8, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:05am and ended at 11:55am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 50 children present and 10 staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and four staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Hazardous substances such as cleaning materials shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children. A bottle of cleaning disinfectant was sitting on the counter in classroom #4, within reach of children.
Plan of Correction: Admin will check all cleaning products to ensure they are labeled and kept locked in a cabinet.

Violation was corrected during the inspection.
